We got back from dinner at my mom's house last night and blammo...my computer is dead! on my wife's right now but, in the words of a pirate..."Aaargh!"

Oh no, did you get it working again?
Nope the partition failed...so major issue. The guy is trying to save my data now. Great lesson to all...back it up more often!
